Public vs Signed-In: What You Can See

Who this is for: Users wondering why some report sections are blurred or locked.

What you'll learn:

  • Public directory vs dashboard
  • What Free accounts see
  • What unlocking changes on a profile

Three access levels

Level How you access Typical view
Public visitor /assessments, company pages Rating, summary, limited detail
Signed-in Free /dashboard Same summaries + rating change alerts
Unlocked (Pro+) Unlock from Assessments Full recon, attack surface, AI analysis

Unlocking uses a plan slot — see Plans, unlocks, and upgrades.

Public directory

Anyone can:

  • Search and browse the global index
  • View headline rating and grade
  • Read high-level risk summary

Sensitive fields (ports, detailed vulns, full timelines) are gated until unlock.

Dashboard (signed in)

Signed-in users additionally get:

  • Company Assessments search with filters (Pro+: exposure type)
  • Unlocked Profiles portfolio
  • Vendor Network, Competitor Analysis, Reputation Analysis, Requested audits
  • Notifications for rating changes (Free+)

Why unlocked scores may differ

Premium indexes feed the composite rating. A public summary score may update when you unlock and additional data layers load. Compare vendors at the same access level.
