Welcome to OrgIntel360. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OrgIntel360 website, platform, and related services (together, the "Service"). OrgIntel360 is referred to as "OrgIntel360," "we," "us," or "our." "You" means the individual or organisation using the Service.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What OrgIntel360 Does
OrgIntel360 is a continuous security-ratings and risk-intelligence platform. We assess organisations' external security posture using publicly observable signals — DNS and domain configuration, TLS/certificate hygiene, exposed services, breach and leak indicators, brand and reputation signals, and similar passive data — and turn them into scores, findings, and reports. Our assessments are decision-support tools, not certifications, audits, or guarantees of any organisation's actual security.
2. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when you register — including your name, work email, and organisation details — and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- We use Clerk, a third-party authentication provider, to manage sign-in and sessions (see "Third-Party Services" below).
- Tell us immediately at support@orgintel360.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Service data or reports in bulk without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or scoring methodology of the Service.
- Use the Service to stalk, harass, unlawfully discriminate against, or make unlawful decisions about any individual or organisation.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
4. Security Scanning Limitations
Our assessments rely on passive, non-intrusive collection of publicly available information. We do not perform intrusive penetration testing, attempt to bypass authentication or access controls, or access any non-public systems belonging to the organisations we assess. Because our data comes from external, point-in-time observation:
- Scores and findings may be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally inaccurate.
- A high score is not a guarantee that an organisation is secure, and a low score does not confirm an active compromise.
- You should not rely on the Service as your sole basis for security, procurement, insurance, or legal decisions.
5. AI-Generated Content
Certain features — such as AI risk summaries, chat-based analysis, and comparison tools — use large-language models to generate narrative content from underlying findings. AI-generated content:
- May contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate inferences, and should be independently verified before you rely on it.
- Reflects patterns in the underlying data, not a guarantee of factual accuracy or completeness.
- Is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or security advice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service — including our software, scoring methodology, design, and underlying data compilations — is owned by OrgIntel360 or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes while these Terms remain in effect. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as these Terms expressly allow.
Any content you submit to the Service (for example, profile details or support requests) remains yours; you grant us a licence to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Organization Name & Logo Permissions
If, during sign-up or later in your account settings, you give us permission to display your organisation's name and logo, we may use them on customer showcase pages (e.g. "Trusted By"), customer lists, testimonials, and similar marketing materials. This permission:
- Is entirely optional and separate from your acceptance of these Terms — declining it does not affect your access to the Service.
- Does not transfer any ownership of your trademarks, logo, or brand assets to us.
- Can be withdrawn at any time by contacting support@orgintel360.com, after which we'll remove your name and logo from new materials within a reasonable time.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on trusted third parties to operate, including Clerk (authentication), our cloud database and hosting providers, and analytics providers such as PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and Firebase Analytics (only loaded once you've consented to analytics cookies — see our Cookie Policy). We aren't responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services beyond our control, though we choose providers that meet reasonable security and privacy standards.
9. Billing & Subscriptions
- We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans with different usage limits and features, as described on our pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may change plan pricing or features going forward, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURITYAUDIT360 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SCORES, FINDINGS, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURITYAUDIT360 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID US ANYTHING.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability — will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
