These Platform Terms are part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service, which is the full agreement governing your access to and use of the OrgIntel360 platform. Where anything below repeats the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service controls.
Platform Services
OrgIntel360 provides continuous security ratings, vendor and organisation assessments, attack-surface intelligence, and related risk workflows. Public summaries may be available without an account; unlocked profiles, exports, and automation features require an eligible subscription.
Assessments and Ratings
Ratings and findings are based primarily on publicly observable signals and analytical models, including AI-assisted analysis. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees of security, certifications, or warranties of fitness for any particular compliance framework. See "Security Scanning Limitations" and "AI-Generated Content" in our Terms of Service for details.
Accounts and Access
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, as described in our Terms of Service.
