These Platform Terms govern your access to and use of the SecurityAudit360 service platform (“Platform”) and related websites. For the complete agreement covering the Platform, also review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Platform Services
SecurityAudit360 provides continuous security ratings, vendor and company assessments, attack surface intelligence, and related risk workflows. Public summaries may be available without an account; unlocked profiles, exports, and automation features require an eligible subscription.
2. Acceptable Use
You shall not interfere with Platform integrity, attempt unauthorized access, misuse assessments for unlawful surveillance, reverse engineer protected components, or redistribute Platform data in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Assessments and Ratings
Ratings and findings are based primarily on publicly observable signals and analytical models. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees of security, certifications, or warranties of fitness for a particular compliance framework.
4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Enterprise customers may have additional contractual terms that prevail over these Platform Terms where explicitly stated.
